Our collaboration involves close engagement with the organization's staff or contractors, encompassing the review of requirements and assistance in soliciting vendor qualifications and proposals. Throughout the project lifecycle, we diligently develop project documentation, establish and maintain checkpoints, and conduct oversight and "health checks" to ensure the seamless progress of work. Adhering to the project charter, cost-benefit analysis, communications plan, and status reporting, we actively manage issues and risks. Embracing an iterative or Agile-like approach, we prioritize early and frequent demonstrations of functional products.

In conjunction with implementation, we create comprehensive training materials and provide user support to facilitate the adoption of new processes and technical solutions. Additionally, we often serve as mentors to the organization's staff. Deliverables encompass fully functioning software systems and trained users, or, as dictated by contract specifications, program management elements of a system.
